Rally Check-in/Registration: Let us know you’ve arrived! We’ll ask you to sign a waiver and provide/update emergency contact info. Pay the registration fee if you haven’t done so already. Confirm or sign up for group rides and workshops, if space is available. You’ll receive your official printed schedule, a map and your personal swag bag full of amazing sportbikegirl goodies.
Rally 101: Our “Intro to WSR” discussion for Rally newcomers and their guests. Here you will get a detailed rundown our activities and locations, with insider knowledge to help you have a smooth weekend and not miss anything important. You can also ask all the questions your heart desires without feeling silly. You’ll meet and get to know the Rally Director and some of the staff as well. Last but not least, you can meet other Rally newbies and join forces to defeat the uncertainty that comes along with attending any event for the first time, no matter how long you’ve been riding (it never goes away, but it does get better, we promise!).
ICON MOTOSPORTS Bike Night Bonfire – #ICONatWSR:
Gather with the entire Rally for the first time at the Gunter Cabin Fire Pit. The fire pit is an easy 3 minute walk from check-in, so you can ride and park at the Oak Suite. Door Prizes will be given away throughout the evening. Guests are welcome! S’mores supplies are provided for registered attendees and guests. You are free to come and go as you please throughout the night. No drinking and riding. NO ALCOHOL AT THE BONFIRE. If you want to drink, please do it once you are safely back at your room!
MOTOHUB USA On-Bike Group Photo – #MOTOHUBUSA:
As you arrive, we’ll arrange the bikes in the parking lot for an awesome pic with all our attendees and their rides. You don’t need to participate in the group rides to be in the group photo, just make sure to be at the Oak Suite parking lot when we’re setting up!
TAIL OF THE DRAGON Group Rides Safety Briefing – #SPORTBIKEGIRLSSLAY:
MANDATORY TO PARTICIPATE. Immediately after the group photo, we’ll gather in the Oak Suite parking lot for a short safety meeting reminding us all to mind our manners and ride within our limits. Group rides will break off and discuss routes, planned stops, photo ops, lunch, etc… if you register and sign up early, you’ll already know the full plan and the girls riding in your group! You must attend the safety briefing to participate in the group rides.
GEAR CHIC Workshops – #GEARCHICWorkshops:
Learn from industry professionals for free. Register and sign up early to guarantee a seat in the seminars of your choice. Visit the EAST Workshops link for a detailed synopsis of each workshop and the amazing women who are facilitating.
MOTO HUB USA Off-Bike Group Photo -#MOTOHUBUSA:
Gather outside before sunset to get a group photo in front of the Oak Suite. No bikes necessary.
MOTORCYCLE LAW GROUP “Be Your Own Hero” Ice Cream Social and Raffle – #MLGCooldown:
Gather once more at the Oak Suite for some sweet treats. Guests are welcome! Ice Cream and Toppings are provided for registered attendees and their guests. We’ll be celebrating and rewarding the super heroes in all of us by raffling off some awesome prizes. We’ll discuss and laugh about the rides and workshops – we can’t wait to hear your stories from the day! A preview of photos from the weekend will also be available to view. Any sponsors or vendors attending will get a chance to showcase their products, answer questions and provide demos. This might be your last chance to mingle with your fellow sportbikegirls, workshop facilitators, Rally staff, industry professionals and guests all at once (at least until next year).
ROK STRAPS Bike Wash – #ROKHARD:
Arrive dirty, leave… dirty-minded. Yes, it’s finally coming to the EAST rally. Bikes will be washed, hearts will be stolen. If that doesn’t register, just watch this video from the 2016 WEST Rally Bike Wash. Now shhh… words just ruin it.
